  • How Much Oil Are You Taking?

    Share via:

    Wicked Kind

The most common question we get is how much CBD oil to take. And while we can’t give you an exact amount, since everybody is different, we can give you an idea of what some of our customers are doing, as well as give you the breakdown of how much CBD oil is in a dropper-full.

A good starting point is 20-30mg CBD daily, but many people find that changing up their dosage works better for them. It just really depends on what why you plan on using the oil in the first place.

Do keep in mind that when taking CBD oil, leave it under your tongue for 20 seconds for up to a minute. The reason for this is that you want the oil to absorb in your bloodstream (deliver CBD fast!) rather than have your body fully digest it, in which case there is significant CBD loss.

So, how do you know how much CBD you are taking?

We put together some graphics to help you figure this out : a wicked estimate.

The Wicked Kind Wellness CBD Oil tinctures come in two different potencies: 1500mg and 3000mg/bottle. Taking the 1500mg tincture 1/4 dropper full to 1/2 dropper is a good start in most cases. 1/4 dropper of the 1500mg is ~25mg CBD* (see below).

For any questions about CBD dosage you might have, please email us!

In need of something more potent? We recommend taking the 3000mg tincture. Again, try taking 1/4 dropper, which is ~50mg CBD*, and see if that’s working for you. Many people find that on different days they might need to change up their dosage. In which case we recommend trying out supplementing with our Nano tincture, which is super fast acting and bypassing your digestive system.
